This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.<br>Two-story holiday home (for up to 8 people) nestled in a very family-friendly, car-free holiday village located right by the sea. The beach is within walking distance (150 m). In addition to an Olympic-sized pool, the resort features an extra-large swimming and recreational pool covering 3,100 m² with a fantastic water play area. For the little ones, there’s also a separate children’s paddling pool as well as playgrounds. In addition, the resort features 2 bars and 2 restaurants with a pizzeria, a small supermarket, a kiosk, and a laundromat. The approximately 200 row bungalows are family-friendly and simply furnished; they are situated within a large nature reserve, allowing for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. Playgrounds, entertainment/mini-club, numerous sports facilities, the gently sloping beach, and a wide variety of dining options make the resort an ideal holiday destination.<br>The two-story, brick 3-room PET bungalow accommodates 6, up to a maximum of 8 people. The property is located in the zone where pets, specifically dogs, are allowed. On the ground floor is the living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed, which can be separated from the rest of the living area by a folding sliding door. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, the open, well-equipped kitchen (with dishes, silverware, pots, and a microwave), and a toilet/shower (the ground floor accommodates 4 to a maximum of 6 people). On the upper floor (accessible via an exterior spiral staircase) is the attic room with two single beds, a separate toilet and sink, and a rooftop terrace. A continuous gap between the living room and the attic room ensures good air circulation. The covered patio with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs invites you to relax comfortably while the children play on the playground. The seating area is fenced in for the Hunde.ca. 3.5 hours from the Italian border. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style. <br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>A lush pine grove stretches along the coast between the sea and the holiday village. The gently sloping sandy beach is only about 150 m from the resort (a 2-minute walk) and can be easily reached via a footpath. Both a public and a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas are available.<br>POOL<br>In addition to an Olympic-sized swimming pool, the resort also features an oversized swimming and recreational pool measuring 3,100 m² with a shallow area for toddlers. The fantastic water play area with slides is sure to delight children. There’s also a separate children’s paddling pool for the little ones and toddlers.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>Thanks to the car-free grounds, your little ones can move about freely throughout the entire resort without worry. An entertainment team (German/Italian, some French) organises games, contests, and sports activities during the day. In the evenings, there’s entertainment, shows, and dancing (during peak season). Mini-club (for children ages 4 to 12, 6 days a week), animated film screenings, and computer games.
