Eine wirklich tolle und sehr hochwertige Wohnung. Absolut vorbildlich. Tolle sehr ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer (mit hochwertigem Boxspringbett) ist allerdings wirklich wie beschrieben sehr steil und für ältere Menschen aus unserer Sicht grenzwertig. Aber das steht ja sauber in der Beschreibung.
