Haus Zita, located in the southern part of Wenningstedt, welcomes you to a truly beautiful home that captivates not only with its numerous, thoughtfully crafted details. Starting with your own separate entrance, the gray-toned interior impresses with its stylish furnishings. The brightness of the home is also impressive: thanks to its southeast-facing orientation, your home is bathed in bright, cheerful light as early as the morning. On your south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the full splendour of the Sylt sun. If you ever need a little shade, however, the awning on your balcony provides a welcome change.

Floor plan:
Approx. 58 sqm of living/usable space on the upper and attic floors for a maximum of 2 people.

Upper Floor: Spacious, bright living area with Full HD TV, DVD player, and mini hi-fi system. Beautiful, fully integrated kitchen with microwave, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. Comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as heated floors and a heated towel rack. Sunny south-facing balcony.

Top Floor: Here you’ll find a cosy room with a double bed that can also be separated into two single beds (90x200 cm) if desired. Of course, a flat-screen TV is also included.

A parking space with a free electric charging station is also included with your stay.


Please use the bike rack in the northwest corner of the property for your bicycles.
