Built in 2022, this holiday home is located in the heart of Alt-Westerland in a quiet, secluded setting. At the same time, the lively city centre area of Westerland is just a 10-minute walk away. The 83 m² unit is suitable for up to 4 people and spans the ground floor, ground floor, and attic. Pets are not allowed in the property.

The ground floor features an open-concept kitchen (with a microwave-oven combo, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine) connected to the dining and living areas, as well as a separate guest bathroom. The living area features a TV, Wi-Fi, and a Bose radio with Bluetooth. The south-facing terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a beach chair (April–October), is the perfect spot to relax. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom (180x200 cm) with a TV, another bedroom with a TV and a single bed (100x200 cm), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

In the attic, there is a cosy room with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a TV. An additional bed can be added upon request. This must be requested via SAS and the owner.
