The holiday rental is located in the Lüftleck House in the mountaineering village of Lunz am See. The house was built in 1850. It is situated in a very quiet location, right on the old Iron Road, above the town centre of Lunz am See. The lovingly furnished holiday rental can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a comfortable entryway and a large bedroom with a living area. This area is furnished with a cosy couch and a TV. The rustic kitchen-living room with a dining area invites you to cook and relax. The newly renovated bathroom features a toilet, a shower, and a washing machine. Additionally, the boiler room can be used as a ski storage room. The Lüftleck House is located right next to the church, the bus stop, the Haus der Wildnis, the village square, and several supermarkets. You can pre-order and enjoy breakfast at the nearby Refugium, Treffpunkt Wildnis (in the Haus der Wildnis), or at Genuss Platzer’l. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Lake Lunz. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of 10 EUR per day per pet. The overnight tax of 2.60 EUR per person (ages 15 and up) per night will be charged separately on site. Basic price includes towels and bed linens. For stays of 13 nights or more, a discount may be arranged upon request. Payment is due in cash on site. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.
