The Den is a spacious 900-square-foot walkout basement suite with a private entrance, giving you both comfort and privacy during your stay.

When you stay with us, you'll communicate directly with the owners throughout your visit. Because we live on-site, we're always nearby and personally take care of every detail.

We clean the suite ourselves and take great pride in providing an exceptionally clean and comfortable space for our guests.

"House Rules"

1: NO PARTIES

2: NO PETS. We love animals, but cannot have them in the rooms.

3: NO additional guests more than max allowed for the room unless prior approval.

4: No smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind on the property. This includes outside the room or on the deck. Violation of these rules will be grounds for immediate termination of your stay, and possible forfeiture of deposit.

5: No Bike storage in the room, however you will have access to your own secure bike storage closet.

6: No bike shoes or muddy shoes in the house. We do have treys in all rooms to place them on.

7: Do not burn candles of any kind in the house. ( Birthday cake candles are ok)

8: Do not tamper with or disconnect exterior security cameras.

Clean up on departure:

9: Please look through the Guest Guide Book in your room that covers a few items you will need to do prior to checkout.

The main 5 things:

1: Take trash and recycling out

2: Place all linens and used bedding by wash machine

3: Start towels in the wash

4: Clean all dishes

5: Take all items out of the fridge

10: Cleaning expectations. After your checkout, the room will be professionally cleaned and sanitized for our next guest. However, if the room was left in a condition that would take longer than normal to clean (ex, spills or excessive dirty floors, countertops with food items and spills, or spills on walls), an additional cleaning fee could be applied.

11: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM- 8:00 AM. This includes not hanging out on the deck after 9. We want to be respectful of other guests and our neighbors.

12 No loud music or vulgar language

13: Any damages must be reported immediately to the hosts

14: Any maintenance issues must be reported immediately the hosts

A: Do not flush anything down the toilet except TP. We have a sewage pump, and anything other than TP will clog the pump.

15: Any injuries to guests on property must be reported immediately to hosts
