Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und wirkt sehr verwohnt. Da wurde lange Zeit nichts investiert. Dunkle Gardinen, abgenutzte Wohnzimmermöbel, kein W-LAN, das fand ich extrem schlecht. Im Badezimmer brauchte es einige Lüftungszeit, ehe der Schimmelgeruch verschwunden war. Die Durchlüftung funktioniert schlecht. Der Balkon samt Balkonmöbeln war sehr verdreckt und nicht nutzbar.Herr Kupschuß ist ein toller Hausmeister, der immer ansprechbar ist, aber am veralteten Zustand der Wohnung ja auch nichts ändern kann.
