Nice tidy apartment

Pros: Although a small apartment everything was really neat and clean and tidy. Convenient for us within a short walk or drive to the town. Mercedes was available on Wattsap to help and answer any questions. The whole building was extremely secure with two locked gateways to pass through. The approach is very easy by ramp and then a lift straight to the apartment door. Some traffic noise in the evening which soon died away to leave complete peace and quiet. The wifi was really good. Cons: Nothing, it was as we expected. No guaranteed parking, which we knew, but always seemed to be lucky to get a spot right outside the door.

This property was completely not as expected. It was not as described. The beds are advertised as double but they basically are single beds and one of us ended up sleeping on the couch the shade in the front room facing the street does not work so that means light in the morning and noise at night absolutely no communications with the property owner or management. We left the first night and they don't want to refund us the money for the remaining nights we never use due to horrible conditions.

Both bedrooms have 135cm double beds with new mattresses, as shown in our listing photos. We apologize if the bed size didn’t meet your expectations. The living room blind is fully functional and operates easily with a pull cord.During your stay, we reached out to your group on two occasions and coordinated with your taxi driver upon your arrival. Additionally, Rota is an independent town within the province of Cádiz, not the city of Cádiz itself, which can be helpful when planning your travels in the area.We wish you all the best on your future adventures, and thank you again for your valuable feedback! Muy acertada

Pros: El lugar, que aunque no está en pleno centro está muy cerca. Es fiel reflejo a las fotos aunque el lugar de la TV y para comer es más incómodo para 4 personas. La terraza está muy bien. Ropa de cama y toallas OK y limpio en general. El bloque es muy bonito y coqueto y es ideal para personas de movilidad reducida. También Merce muy atenta con mi perrita que le dejó para beber y comer y no me cobró por llevarla que eso se agradece mucho. Cons: Quizá necesité servilletas en la cocina pero tenía papel de cocina. No tuvimos suerte con el tiempo y nos tocó el apagón pero eso es ajeno a Merce.
