Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please clean out the refrigerator of any remaining food. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle. Put all used sheets and towels in the laundry room.
Lock all doors and return all AC units to 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is no candle burning in the house
Do Not light a fire in the fireplace as it it NON-Functioning.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. I was especially impressed with the homeowner, who was very responsive when I checked in with a few questions and was so thoughtful about having so many things on hand—even a toiletries basket, so if you forgot something, chances are it was there for you!The kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t swim in the pool, but we loved looking at it, especially with the beautiful lake as the backdrop.We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
