Located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains at 1,000 meters altitude, this spacious 120 m² chalet offers you an exceptional setting facing the Mont-Blanc range. Perfect for mountain lovers, it is just 5 minutes from the cable car and a 10-minute drive from the ski area.



Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, the property features 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed). The living spaces include a cozy lounge with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a bathroom.



For your comfort, the chalet provides high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, washing machine, as well as books and games for children. Bed linen and towels are included.



Outside, enjoy a private garden, balcony, covered and open-air terraces, and on-site private parking. For absolute relaxation with mountain views, a jacuzzi is available on request for an extra fee. Your four-legged friends are welcome for an extra fee. A public transport stop is just 20 meters away.

Un séjour merveilleux au Solli

Tout était parfait. Nous avons adoré le chalet, très bien équipé et très cosy. Il est vraiment très bien situé à 5 min en voiture du centre de Saint-Gervais avec aussi un arrêt de bus à proximité. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus et l’espace extérieur est bien aménagé. De plus Mme Pourcelot est une hôte disponible et attentionnée. Nous n’avons qu’une envie : revenir!!!
