For shared use: large, beautiful garden. Shop 20 km, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "St.Peter-Ording-Strand" 20 km, bathing lake "Evershop-Siel" 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Haubarg Hochdorf 15 km, Haus Peters Historischer Einkaufsladen 6.8 km, Böhler Leuchtturm 21 km, Leuchtturm Westerheversand 14 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Deichwärterkate", 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, renovated in 2021: living room with satellite TV (flat screen). Large dining room with dining table. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with Scandinavian wood stove. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi). Parking. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
