Zum ersten Mal auf der Insel Norderney Urlaub gebucht. Haben bei der Wohnungssuche diese schöne, frisch renovierte FEWO gefunden. Eine ruhige Lage und trotzdem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie nahe Gastronomie waren uns wichtig. Hier in der Elbestraße passte alles. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vom ersten Gespräch an sehr sympathisch und es wurden alle Fragen sofort geklärt. Die kontaktlose Übergabe der Wohnung hat super funktioniert. Die Räumlichkeiten waren wie beschrieben. Sauber, die Betten waren bezogen, Küche in Vollausstattung mit Geschirrspüler sowie FS im Schlaf- und Wohnraum. Mehr kann man nicht erwarten. Da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt war die reine Grundfläche der Wohnung ca. 35 m². Die Wohnungsgröße war somit nach der DIN-Norm mit ca. 28 m² angegeben. Die Unterkunft ist voll empfehlenswert bei sehr nettem Vermieter.

Ich bin von 24.3.25 bis am 31.3.25 in Norderney gewesen und habe die gemütliche Wohnung alleine genutzt. Für eine Person ist die Wohnung komplett ausreichend, sauber und die Küche war gut aufgestellt mit Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr. Besonders hat mir gefallen das die Wohnung in der Nähe vom Strand, Fahrradverleih und Supermarkt war . Busverbindungen hatte ich 150 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Super Lage.

Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Check-in und Check-out lief problemlos, überhaupt ist alles super organisiert. Ein kleiner Schaden im Bad wurde blitzschnell von Herrn Fastenau behoben, Herzlichen Dank dafür! Ich bin gerne wieder Ihr Gast.
