Wir bieten Ihnen ein modernes und sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus für 6 Personen mit deutschem Standard an: drei Doppelzimmer davon eines mit einem kleinen Badezimmer ensuite. Ein großes Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken und einer Regendusche. Grosse, moderne Küche. Geräumiges Esszimmer mit großem Tisch. Eigene Terrasse nach Westen mit Blick in den Olivenhain für unvergessene Sundowner. 😎
5×12 m Salzwasserpool mit Regenwasser!!, Holz/Kohlegrill, Haustier erlaubt, 25 km entfernt Topstrand Kite Beach Fiumara, viele Sportmöglichkeiten: Mountainbike, Rennrad, Tischtennis, Slackline, Wandern und Entdeckungstouren in die etruskische Vergangenheit, direkt von unserem Grundstück aus.

Tagsüber hört man eine circa 1 km entfernte Kiesgrube. Einfach ausblenden und genießen.
Das Haus ist auch im Winter wohlig warm, da wir permanent mit Photothermie heizen. Die Stromgewinnung erfolgt per Elektrovoltaik.
