Cozy vacation home with terrace, balcony and garden in the Blaues Ländchen

You’ll be staying in a small two-story cottage. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the lower floor. The cosy living room and kitchen are located on the upper floor, which has sloped ceilings. The living room also features a balcony. In the garden, a small lawn and a terrace by the stream invite you to relax.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and bathtub with a shower enclosure. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet, and a TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, a shelf, a table, and a sink.
The built-in kitchen features a refrigerator, a convection oven, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with 4 burners, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a stainless steel sink, and enough dishes for 4 people. A dining table with 4 chairs is also provided.
The living room features a wall unit with a TV, a sofa set with a coffee table, and a dining table for 4 people.
The balcony has a table with 2 chairs.
All windows are triple-glazed and provide adequate sound insulation.
The house is equipped with a central ventilation system (not air conditioning), ensuring that the rooms are always supplied with fresh air even when the windows are closed.
During the summer months, there is a table with 4 chairs on the terrace. A tree provides natural shade for the terrace.

The house is located approximately 500 metres from the town centre. Bakeries are located 200 metres and 600 metres away. A well-stocked village store is also within 500 metres.

A small, traditional restaurant is within 350 metres. A pizza delivery and takeaway service is located about 100 metres from the house.

The nearest bus stop is 350 metres away.

Expansive meadows, fields, and forests invite you to take short walks or longer hikes. A hike through the Mühlbach Valley from Miehlen to Nassau is particularly charming.
Miehlen is also a great starting point for bike tours.

The Upper Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage Site, featuring the Rheinsteig trail, the Loreley, and numerous castles, is just a 10- to 15-minute drive away. The idyllic Lahn River is also only a 20-minute drive away. There are plenty of attractions in the surrounding villages and towns.
