Quiet rural neighborhood on 20 private acres in Mount Olive, Covington County, MS. Property has primary single-family home with two independent treehouse rentals surrounded by acreage and small farms. Local point services are available i. Mt Olive to include a town post office, local eateries, grocery stop, and a donut shop. The town of Magee has several small businesses, eateries, shops, antique mall, and Walmart all along Hwy 49. The area feels agricultural and residential with low traffic and treetop views.

Car is required. Drive times: 12 minutes North to reach local groceries, fuel and dining in Magee. Laurel - 45 minutes East to reach the historic and TV famous "Home Town" with numerous small busineses, eateries, tours, antiquestores, and museums. Hattiesburg - 45 minutes South is the "Hub City" with large retailers, small stores, specialty shops, breweries, farmers market, and Zoo. Jackson - 45 minutes North to reach the greater Jackson metro for major services and airport.
