Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement durant le week-end de la Pentecôte, en groupe : trois couples avec sept enfants, dont un bébé qui rampe et deux enfants en bas âge.Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté de nombreux problèmes d’hygiène et de sécurité, que nous avons signalés au propriétaire dès le lendemain.Dans la grande maison : (odeur persistante d’humidité et de moisissure, moquette sale, prises électriques non conformes, dominos électriques apparents et posés à même le sol dangereux pour les enfants, c’est d’ailleurs le bébé qui rampe qui est tombé dessus, balai WC dans un état déplorable, barres de douche rouillées, rideau de douche moisi).Dans la petite maison : le logement était rendu inutilisable à cause d’une forte odeur de fosse septique. L’air y était irrespirable, provoquant des hauts-le-cœur chez les enfants. Lors de notre échange téléphonique, le propriétaire nous a lui-même indiqué qu’il était déjà au courant de ce problème, sa femme de ménage le lui ayant signalé auparavant. S’ajoutaient à cela un pommeau de douche et un porte-savon rouillés, ainsi qu’un balai WC très sale.Malgré tous ces problèmes, nous avons tenté de trouver un arrangement à l’amiable avec le propriétaire. Il nous a proposé une solution qui n’était absolument pas à la hauteur des désagréments rencontrés. De plus, il nous a indiqué que, si son annonce venait à être supprimée, il en publierait une autre sous un nom différent.Au vu de l’état général du logement di

Wunderschön

Sehr schön gelegen. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Wer in der Küche wirklich vernünftig und öfter kochen will, wird Gewürze und einige Utensilien vermissen, aber für das Nötigste reicht es. Ansonsten alles super :)

Ruhige Tage

Die Wohnung ist wie man sie im Internet sehen kann. Die Leute auf dem Gelände sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es waren sehr schöne Tage.Die Aussicht auf die Berge und den See sind wunderbar. Auch der Ausblick auf die Obstpnatagen sind sehr schön.

Tolle und moderne Unterkunft

Wirklich nur zu empfehlen! Man hat einen tollen Ausblick in einer modernen Wohnung und ist mitten im Grünen. Am besten mit dem Auto anreisen – so ist man deutlich flexibler.

Weihnachtszeit

Obwohl ich mit meinem Mann und Sohn nur übers Wochenende verreist sind, haben wir verschiedene Weihnachtsmärkte und die schöne Bodenseegegend in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, die Wohnküche voll ausgestattet und das Bad sehr modern. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge einfach traumhaft. Das alles möchten wir nächstes Jahr im Sommer auch genießen!

Die Anfahrt von Norden kommend ist kompliziert, von Süden einfacher. Die Ausschilderung im Dunkeln schwer zu erkennen. Sehr freundliches Personal, Wohnung sehr sauber . , aber es fehlen Möbel für einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend.

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Obstplantagen bis zum Bodensee. Mit E-Bike ist das Haus problemlos zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft!

Exzellenter Aufenthalt in einer komfortablen Wohnung

Wir waren in Ergänzung zu einem Bodensee-Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte in dieser sehr geräumigen und optimal ausgestatteten Wohnung. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der absolut ruhigen Lage, der tollen Aussicht zu den Bergen und hinab nach Lindau und dem östlichen Bodensee, sowie dem herzlichen Willkomm der Gastgeber.
