The estate features five buildings with amenities such as a fitness room and a children’s playroom. In winter, the surrounding area becomes a paradise for tobogganing and snowshoeing.
The Stoahaus, located at the western end of the estate, offers a breathtaking view of the Bardlberg Valley. A spacious sunbathing lawn with a terrace and barbecue area right outside the door invites you to soak up the sun. Lounge chairs, a parasol, seating, and a grill are available. Here, you’ll experience nature and comfort in perfect harmony. The estate is situated in a secluded location on the Bardlberg in the picturesque village of Rastbüchl. Here, in the eastern Bavarian Forest, right in the tri-border region bordering Austria’s Mühlviertel and the Czech Bohemian Forest, you’ll find an oasis of tranquility and closeness to nature.
To the north, within immediate sight, rises the mystical Dreisesselberg—our local mountain, so to speak. The Austrian Plöckenstein and Hochficht mountains adjoin the Bavarian mountain range directly. Right on the mountain ridge, at the tri-border area, you can look out over the 50-kilometer-long Moldau Reservoir (Lipno Lake).
The surrounding well-known cities, such as Passau, Linz, and Krummau, are easily accessible, and the breathtaking natural beauty of the Bavarian Forest stretches right outside your door. The spacious 54 m² living area offers a breathtaking panoramic view through the fully glazed west-facing wall. The impressive architecture allows you to immerse yourself in the unspoiled natural beauty and enjoy the surroundings. In the heart of the room, a huge couch next to a handcrafted oak table invites you to relax and unwind, accompanied by a swivel-mounted satellite TV. For added relaxation, an open-concept whirlpool tub is available to enhance your rest and rejuvenation.
Thoughtful details, including a robot vacuum, mood lighting, automatic blinds, and handcrafted solid-wood furniture, lend the living area a unique atmosphere. Every element here has been carefully selected to create a harmonious and comfortable ambiance.

The estate’s special charm is evident in a small herb garden, an idyllic pond with a cosy outdoor seating area, an orchard meadow, and an enchanting forest playground spanning approximately 3,000 square metres.
Look north and enjoy the unobstructed view of the majestic Dreisesselberg massif. Vast meadows, fields, and forests surround the estate and provide a dreamlike backdrop.
The estate itself consists of five buildings that offer you numerous amenities. Use the fitness room or the children’s playroom to your heart’s content. In the main building, you’ll find a small restaurant, exclusively for guests of the estate.
In winter, the slopes surrounding the estate transform into perfect tobogganing and snowshoeing paradises.
Your holiday home marks the western edge of the estate and offers a breathtaking view of the Bardlberg Valley.
Its location high above a valley offers you a sublime view of the unspoiled low-mountain landscape.
Right outside your door lies a spacious sunbathing area with a 60-square-meter terrace and an idyllic barbecue area.
