Feriendoppelhaus Frühling

In the typical Probsteier farming village Stakendorf, located directly at the village pond and without through traffic, you can spend relaxing and carefree holidays in the newly built holiday cottage "Spring" of the family Rauschenbach. Even if the accommodation is not in the first row of Baltic Sea, so it is on foot or by bike, along idyllic dirt roads only about 2 kilometers to the Schönberger / Stakendorfer beach ... The house is located on a large plot which was once a farmyard. The large living room invites you to socializing. Here is cooked, eaten or just lazy on the couch. The open kitchen leaves plenty of room for the magic of delicious food, which can be taken just opposite the dining table. On the corner couch, after dinner, you can really relax with the book in your hand or in front of the TV, while the dishwasher does the kitchen work for you.

The two separate bedrooms each have a double bed and a large closet and chests of drawers with plenty of storage space. In the two bright bathrooms you can expect u. a. a spacious shower and a Jacuzzi tub invites you to relax.

A sun enjoyment is certainly the with 16 m² spacious terrace which allows the peace and nature to stay. In addition to lying and seating is also a barbecue for free use. From April 2019, there will be another relaxation facility in the garden for you, the log cabin sauna.



Two steps away there is a small, cozy garden café, which offers delicious home-made cakes and tarts at the village pond from May to September.



The contemplative village with about 460 inhabitants offers a lot for its manageable size: a ham smokehouse, a bakery with some food, a farm shop and horseback riding. The approximately two kilometers to the beach, take you to the popular fishing huts, where there are delicious baked fish or Matjesbrötchen. And with the Stakendorfer beach a family friendly seaside resort (tax free) waiting for your visit ...





Everything else for daily needs (supermarkets, boutiques, drugstores, clothing, doctors, etc.) can be found in the Baltic Sea resort of Schönberg, two kilometers away. According to the spa regulations of Schleswig-Holstein, these are also open on Sundays (17. 12. to 8. 1. and 15. 3. to 31. 10. and on two further Sundays on special occasions).

Einfach nur SPITZE

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Ferienhaus, in welchem wir uns absolut wohl gefühlt haben. Toll ist auch, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden sind. Auch die Übergabe und Abnahme verlief total unkompliziert. Super schöne Gegend, in welcher man viel entdecken und erkunden kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Betten waren bezogen, die Handtücher und das Geschirrtuch lagen bereit. Der Bäcker im Tante-Emma-Laden ist in der Nähe, Brötchen und Gebäck sind zu empfehlen. Eine sehr schöne Umgebung, die zum Fahrradfahren einlädt (zum Ostseestrand ca. 5-10 Minuten).

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Stakendorf. Das Örtchen ist sehr klein und ruhig, es gibt einen super Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar. Bis zum Strand und bis nach Schönberg ist es nicht weit. Falls wir nochmal wieder kommen, würden wir für diese Strecken Fahrräder mitbringen. Von Stakendorf kann man viele Orte ansteuern, wo es einiges zu sehen gibt. Was uns etwas störte, man zahlt am Strand Parkgebühr (für den ganzen Tag) und zahlt noch eine Strandgebühr, nicht viel, aber es leppert sich... Das Ferienhaus an sich hat alles was man braucht, es ist sauber und geräumig. Uns fehlte es an nichts und auch die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gepflegtes, neues Haus in ruhiger Lage für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Neues Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Liebevoll im martimen Stil dekoriert. Sehr sauber und gepflegt - genauso wie das umliegende Grundstück des Eigentümers. Stakendorf bietet sich zur Erkundung der näheren Umgebung an. Entweder als Startpunkt für aktive Urlauber mit dem Fahrrad in das Umland, oder einfach nur zum Entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen. Ein Bäcker ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind im 4km entfernten Schönberg ausreichend vorhanden. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Eine tolle Zeit in einem tollen Haus.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus von Herrn Rauschenbach. Der Kontakt war einwandfrei, unkompliziert und sympathisch. Alles war direkt benutzbar, ausreichend vorhanden und sauber. Sogar das Babybett für unser Kind war schon aufgebaut :-) Die Lage ist prima und absolut ruhig. Beim kleinen, feinen Bäcker (mit kleinem Laden) direkt um die Ecke kann man sich mit dem Nötigsten versorgen.

Die ruhige Lage macht die Ferienwohnung sehr interessant. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, außer an Handynetz :-D Da wir aber nur abends in der Wohnung waren, hat es nicht weiter gestört. Die Wohnung an sich ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man für den Bedarf brauch. Ein Becker und eine Bushaltestelle ist in weniger als 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für alles andere sind wir ins wenige Minuten entfernte Schönberg gefahren. Dort gab es alles. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und kommen definitiv wieder. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens Empfehlen

# ERHOLUNG PUR #

Wir, mein Mann und ich waren für Wochen im Juni in diesem wundervoll, sehr sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt (außer W-Lan). Es ist alles da, was man braucht, Terrasse bestückt mit Grill und Liegen. Küche gut eingerichtet, Betten bezogen, Handtücher vorhanden. Die Ruhe und Erholung war sensationell. In dem Dorf gibt es einen Bäcker, der auch weitere Artikel anbietet. Zum Naturstrand sind es 1,8 km über einen Feldweg. Der Vermieter ist nett und hat uns auch manchen Tipp gegeben. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.

Einfach prima

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett, der Kontakt mit ihm unkompliziert. Die Betten sind (für unser Empfinden) bequem, in den Schränken und Kommoden ist - auch für größeres Gepäck - ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Im Dorf herrschte nachts eine himmlische Ruhe, man hörte nur vom Dorfteich spätabends das Quaken der Frösche, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat, im Gegenteil. Auch die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Wetter hat mitgespielt, es war ein rundum schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Kurz gesagt: Einfach prima!

Ruhe und Erholung pur in sehr schönem Haus

Abseits der touristischen Zentren haben wir hier die dörfliche Ruhe genossen. Zur Küste waren es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Rad. Wir haben viele Radtouren unternommen und so die abwechslungsreiche Landschaft am Meer und im Hinterland kennengelernt. Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Prima war, dass wir keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen mussten. Das Internet hat etwas geschwächelt, aber sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wir waren sehr gerne Gäste bei Familie Rauschenbach, die uns gut betreut hat, auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben.

Familienurlaub

Das Haus steht auf einem großen Grundstück des Vermieters, ruhig gelegen, viel Lichteinfall. Einrichtung ganz nach unserem Geschmack und alles da was man braucht. Vor allem ein großes Sofa.:) Meine Kinder und ich fühlten uns sofort wohl, waren sofort Zuhause! Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden. Der Vermieter ist super nordisch nett. Die Komunikation sogar mit uns Ruhrpottlern ohne Probleme möglich. :) :) :) Rundherum hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und es gibt nichts zu meckern. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
