This apartment is the smallest of three units that have been completely renovated from the ground up in a historic building. It is centrally located in the Old Town, right next to the Vinschger Tor and across from the Capuchin Church. The modern, simple yet comfortable furnishings ensure that every guest will feel at home. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with underfloor heating, and carefully selected works of art.

The accommodation
The apartment features a bathroom with underfloor heating, which is directly accessible from the bedroom. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a table for four people, and a seating area consisting of a pull-out sofa bed and two large armchairs. Of course, there’s also a satellite TV. You’ll find closets and plenty of storage space in both the bedroom and the living room.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment; the entrance is located in a hallway shared with other guests, which also houses the laundry room.
