Netter Ort, Unterkunft deutlich Verbesserungswürdig
Otterndorf ist ein sehr netter Ort mit Anbindung zur Elbmündung. Die Unterkunft war zwischenzeitlich renoviert worden (seltsamer stickiger Geruch). Es gab eine Toll eingerichtete Küche, sehr gute Waschmaschine und Trockner und einen super Blick auf den See. Die Hütte hat eine tolle Größe für 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder. Ein paar Dinge sind dennoch Verbesserungswürdig und waren sicherlich vor der Renovierung sogar besser. Das Badezimmer stand nach den Duschen leider immer "unter Wasser". Es gab keinen Duschvorhang, keinen Wasserschieber für die Dusche, keine Ablage in der Dusche, kein Toilettenpapierhalter und auch keinen Haartrockner. Es gibt außerdem keine Garderobe, keinen Wäscheschrank im Schlafzimmer und ein unserer Meinung nach unbequemes Sofa, keine Liegestühle, der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer empfängt nur sehr wenige Programme (Falsch eingestellt?) und einen sehr langen, nicht gemähten Rasen ums Haus. Alles Kleinigkeiten mit denen wir uns arrangieren konnten.Schwieriger waren die fehlenden Jalousien im Kinderzimmer - Das Licht im Zimmer lies die Kinder spät einschlafen und sehr früh aufwachen. Die Nächte waren sehr kurz, die Stimmung dadurch etwas gedämpft :(. Das Größte Problem war das es kein Knau oder Kajak am Haus gibt, wie bei der Ausstattung angegeben wurde. Das war für uns der Hauptgrund nach Otterndorf zu fahren und unabhängig vom kostenpflichtigen Kanuverleih zu jeder Zeit fahren zu können. Es wurde auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung nicht für Ersatz gesorgt.

Das Haus hat eine super schöne Lage direkt am See , und ist nach der Sanierung außen wirklich schön geworden.
Allerdings müsste es innen auch etwas auf vorderman gebracht werden .
Das Bad gehört neu gemacht und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind leider durchgelegen was etwas schade ist es ist einfach etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt einen Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer der aber abgeschlossen ist und Privat drauf steht was ärgerlich ist .
Leider muss ich sagen es gibt bessere Unterkünfte.

Hallo Max,
Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die Neugestaltung der Außenanlage unseres Ferienhauses gut gefällt. Sie war sehr viel aufwändiger als vor Baubeginn gedacht, dadurch hat sich die Innensanierung zeitlich verschoben.
Aber in der letzten Woche sind die Handwerker eingezogen und nun wird alles komplett saniert und renoviert, dazu gehört auch das Bad.
Wenn alles nach Plan läuft, wird Anfang April alles fertig sein.
Bei den Matratzen muss ich etwas richtigstellen:
Das Bett mit Matratzen wurde erst vor 3 Jahren neu beschafft. Auf Empfehlung des Möbelhauses haben wir einen „mittleren Härtegrad“ gewählt, der für Sie vielleicht ungewohnt ist.
Nach Abschluss der Renovierungsarbeiten werden neue Bilder vom Haus gemacht und veröffentlicht.
