Die Wohnung in der ersten Etage der Villa entsprach der Beschreibung, sie war sehr sauber und mit umfangreicher teils hochwertiger Ausstattung versehen. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Umgebung und fußläufig ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf erreichbar. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Durchweg positiv und empfehlenswert.
