Make yourself at home in our holiday home, quietly located on the outskirts of Medulin. The beach and promenade, with many shops and restaurants, are just a 15-minute walk away.
We usually take our dog in the other direction, towards the sea. There are hardly any tourists there, so you can enjoy the beach and the sea in peace.
We usually use the house ourselves, which is why everything is furnished with love and a personal touch.
All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets. The living room has a pellet stove, and the bathrooms feature underfloor heating. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are three bicycles and a ping-pong table. In the garden, you’ll find a large barbecue fireplace next to orange, tangerine, and lemon trees. You’re welcome to enjoy the fruit, as well as the figs on the vacant neighbouring lot. The terrace has space for lounge chairs and umbrellas. In the summer, the shower provides a refreshing way to cool off.
The final cleaning fee and the tourist tax charged by the city of Medulin are included in the rental price. Since there is no phone line, there is no Wi-Fi.
