Located right on the edge of the forest, it’s the ideal starting point for long hikes; or simply enjoy the sunset from the balcony with a glass of wine, or wind down after a snowy day in front of the warm glow of the wood stove.<br><br>The Accommodation<br>The name “chalet” probably best describes this holiday home. It is simply yet stylishly furnished and is beautifully situated on a mountainside right at the edge of the forest, with views of rolling hills and the Eder Valley. The harmonious ambiance creates an atmosphere where you’ll quickly feel right at home. At home, yet secluded from the stresses of everyday life.<br><br>The chalet is simply yet stylishly furnished: a 1.60m bed in a separate bedroom, two wonderfully comfortable armchairs and a sofa, a kitchen nook with a dining table and chairs, and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet are at your disposal. On cold days, the cabin can be heated with a pellet stove.<br><br>If needed, a guest bed for a third person can be added (in the hallway).<br><br>In the kitchen, you’ll find basic kitchenware, including a toaster and coffee maker, as well as a small refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, and even a small mini-oven.<br><br>Bedding is provided; towels are available upon request.<br>There’s no TV or internet—slowing down is the name of the game!<br><br>Additional Important Information<br>The chalet is located on the edge of a former resort area with only a few neighbors. There are no through roads, and you’re just a few steps away from the surrounding fields and forests. <br><br>The hosts live about a 3-minute drive away. <br><br>Even though we love animals more than anything, out of consideration for future guests, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
