This superbly equipped and family-friendly holiday home is located in an absolutely quiet area of Prerow, yet within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants.

A narrow driveway leads you to the property, which is set back a second row from the street. The semi-detached house is surrounded by a sheltered, child-friendly garden.
The terrace is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the end of the day in the sun.

For a relaxing holiday, the ground floor of the house features a large, open living area with a cosy TV couch, seating for reading by a wood-burning stove, and a large dining table in the adjoining sunroom. The internet-enabled TV leaves nothing to be desired.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining utility room and a shower room also ensure ample comfort on the ground floor. An air fryer is also available in the kitchen.
The upper floor features 3 cosy bedrooms and another shower room.
Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and large wardrobes. A cot is also available. For the safety of small children, there is a stair gate, and a Trip-Trap is also provided.
An additional play area with two sleeping spots in the attic can be reached by active children via a wall bar.
High-speed internet via fiber-optic cable is available. Each room also has a fly screen on one window.
Two private parking spaces and a bike shed are available.
The house is available to holiday guests only during the summer months.
