Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Acqui Terme, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 55 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, meadow, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 2.1 km, pebble beach "Varazze" 55 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 50 km, Asti 40 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. On the lower ground floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave). Natural stone floors. Large terrace 50 m2, large terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the floors.
