Holiday Home 'Las Velas 37' with Shared Pool and Wi-Fi
Perfect duplex in Meloneras, one of the best locations in Gran Canaria.
The gated complex offers two pools—one for children and one for adults—a sun terrace, and a paddle court. A supermarket is just 5 minutes’ walk away, and both Meloneras Beach and the golf course are nearby. Good public transport connections.
First floor:
- Living/dining room: air conditioning, sofa, smart TV, side table, and dining table for 6. High chair for babies available.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, blender, cutlery, crockery, and glassware. The tap water is suitable for drinking.
- Bathroom: with WC and washbasin.
- Front patio: motorized awning, aluminum fence, garden furniture (sofa, two armchairs, side table).
- Rear patio: table for 6, perfect for outdoor meals, and a chill-out area for relaxing in the evening. An electric grill is available for use here. This terrace leads to a utility room with washing machine and storage for cleaning and beach/pool items.
Upper floor:
- Master bedroom: Nordic style, air conditioning, double bed, bedside tables, reading lights, built-in wardrobe with mirror, and smart TV.
- Second bedroom: air conditioning, two single beds, bedside tables, reading light, built-in wardrobe, mirror, and portable air conditioner.
- Bathroom: WC, large washbasin with storage, and shower.
- Balcony: equipped with clothes drying rack.
Parties are not allowed.

Großes Haus mit viel Platz
Pros: Viele Räumlichkeiten, Haus in baulich gutem Zustand, Matratzen nicht zu weich, genug Handtücher , unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, toller Pool mit Liegestühlen,
Wird weiterempfohlen
Cons: Im Bad wackelige Duscharmatur, Küchenausstattung z.Teil etwas knapp (viele Pfannen dafür wenig Geschirr und Besteck), Backofen müsste grundgereinigt werden,
Katzen bevölkern nachts die Terrassen (Haustier-Abwehr -wie in Hausbeschreibung vor Ort angegeben- war nicht vorhanden)
