The apartment is ideally located as a starting point for exploring all destinations in the Allgäu region. You can either set out right from your doorstep or take a trip to the numerous attractions. You’re guaranteed never to get bored.
There’s a playground for children in the holiday village.

You can access the apartment from the car park at ground level via a separate, enclosed entrance area.
The living room, featuring a Swedish wood-burning stove, is cosily furnished in a country-style.
The two bedrooms have been newly furnished with double beds and solid wood furniture.
The bedroom in the attic is accessible via a space-saving staircase. It has been newly furnished with two single beds, a separate TV, and solid wood furniture. The bedroom is open and not separated by a door.

The kitchen, newly renovated in 2024, features a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Senseo, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower enclosure, toilet, and hair dryer.
A washing machine, plenty of games, and a sleigh make the apartment the perfect place for families.

Of course, the apartment has Wi-Fi/DSL, a TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio/CD player. An additional storage room for skis, hiking gear, etc., is located outside.
From the balcony, you can let your gaze wander over the valley and enjoy the Allgäu panorama. You have access to the shared garden area, which offers plenty of space for children to play and for four-legged guests to run around.



Our holiday complex is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Missen-Wilhams in the beautiful Allgäu region of Bavaria.

Here you’ll find well-equipped holiday apartments and holiday homes with 34 to 94 square metres of living space. The properties are privately owned and have been lovingly and individually furnished by the owner.

The holiday village features a playground for children with a sandpit, climbing frame, and swings—a great place for kids to make new friends.

Bed linens and towels are not included in this accommodation but can be requested after booking (bed linens €12.00, hand towel €2.30, bath towel €2.50, kitchen towel €1.10).

A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee at the front desk.

An internet and phone connection is not available in every apartment and is not included in the lease agreement. Outages and malfunctions do not entitle the tenant to a rent reduction.

The apartments are rented out exclusively on behalf of and for the account of the respective owners.
The rental agreement is concluded with the owner of the apartment.
We reserve the right to adjust rates in the event of significant price changes in the energy sector.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
