Haben den Aufenthalt selbst gestaltet. Waren nicht das erste mal im Harz. Die Vermietungsfirma ist unberechenbar. Frau Schäfer hat alles gerettet.

Schön, dass sie unser Gast waren und unser komfortables Ferienhaus positiv bewertet haben. Dass sie bei der Anreise Unannehmlichkeiten hatten, tut mir aufrichtig leid. Mit der Rezeption habe ich bereits alles geklärt. Vergleichbare Probleme werden nicht mehr auftreten. Uns liegt sehr viel daran, dass Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Vielleicht hören wir noch einmal voneinander. wenn Sie wieder ein Ferienhaus in Hasselfelde suchen. Ich würde mich freuen.
