Welcome to our vacation apartment "For a beautiful view" directly by a field. The accommodation is in a very quiet location and invites you to recharge your batteries. Whether it is after a long day on assembly or as an exhibitor at one of the many trade fairs in Dortmund. There is a riding stables and a large IKEA warehouse in the immediate vicinity. Temporary employment agencies make the perfect choice for satisfied employees. Book now for a break in idyllic surroundings!

The accommodation:
Our accommodation is located on the 2nd floor and has two comfortable bedrooms (2 single beds per room). A bathroom with shower bath and toilet, a large kitchen with a dining area for up to 4 people. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, stove and oven. A cozy living room with a large couch, coffee table and TV. A washing machine and tumble dryer are freely available for longer stays. There is plenty of free parking around the house.

Access for guests:
The two keys provide access to the main house and the apartment.

Other relevant information:
To reach the property you can rely on coordination services. It is best to simply park your car around the house. So far there has never been a shortage of parking spaces.

If you have any questions or need anything, please do not hesitate to ask. It is my personal concern that you can enjoy your stay. Otherwise, I hope to have taken care of everything for your personal stay in advance.

PERFEKT in jeder Hinsicht

Eine total schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung! Es fehlte an NICHTS, selbst Brillenputztücher waren vorhanden, man kann nicht Alles aufzählen, was es gab, das würde den Platz hier sprengen…. Die Betten sehr bequem… Alles in Allem einfach zu 100 % empfehlenswert. Danke dafür das hat unseren „Kurztripp“ perfekt gemacht. P.S: noch eine ein kleiner Tipp für die Steckdosen im unteren Bereich wäre eine Kindersicherung sehr schön und ein Schnellverschluss im Bad ebenso.
