Our apartment is located in a quiet apartment house in Juliusruh, in the northern part of the sunniest island in Germany, directly between the 10km long sandy beach u. a coastal pine grove. In a prime location, directly behind the dune, you can watch the sunrise from the balcony, start your vacation with a hearty breakfast or simply enjoy the day. The apartment is 88 square meters, has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with open kitchen, a larger balcony accessible from the living room and a smaller balcony accessible from one of the bedrooms. The beach and promenade are just a few steps away. In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants, cafes, an ice cream parlor and shops u. a dog beach. A wellness center with sauna is about 100m away. You can park your car in your own parking lot.

Water sports: diving, swimming, surfing, sailing, marina, banana riding

Bike tours: numerous designated bike paths for every requirement (forest, bike path, road), different distances, bike rental station in 50m distance

Erholung pur

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Wohnung vorgefunden, in der alles vorhanden war was man braucht. Dazu hat man noch einen tollen Ausblick von der geräumigen Terrasse. Nur die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig… aber das lässt sich sicher schnell beheben. Wir kommen wieder, denn es war Erholung pur!

Wohnung toll und sauber, Schlüsselübergabe fragwürdig

Die Wohnung war toll. Der Kontakt war vorher gut. Der Hausmeisterdienst mit der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr sehr unfreundlich. Im Buchungssystem steht Abreise bis 11:00 Uhr, aber der Service war um 10 Uhr da machte Druck und war sehr sehr unfreundlich. Das wäre häufig ein Problem und die Bestätigung wäre falsch. Dies sollte intern einmal diskutiert und bereinigt werden, bevor man den nächsten Besuchern auf diese unverschämte unfreundliche Art und Weise begegnet.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung,fast am Strand,mit toller Aussicht. Ausstattung gut.Vermisst haben wir lediglichTopfuntersetzer und Topflappen.Außerdem haben die Fernbedienungen für Fernseher und Receiver trotz Batteriewechsel nicht nicht funktioniert...wir haben direkt am Gerät geschaltet...ging auch Auf jeden Fall würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen...Hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Urlaub mit Familie und Haustiere

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und groß genug für 3 Hunde und 4 Erwachsene Personen. Der Strand ist einen Katzensprung entfernt. So wie der Hundestrand ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Im September ist die Saison leider für viele Lokale bereits zu Ende somit haben die meisten bereits um 18 Uhr geschlossen. Dies war auch das einzige Manko das wir hatten. Somit war es im ganzen ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
