This beautiful holiday home is located in beautiful Warmenhuizen. You can spend your holiday in luxury in the authentic Kapberg next to the farm. Close to the coast, dunes and forest, as well
near the major cities of Schagen and Alkmaar. The Kapberg has its own entrance, parking spaces and enclosed private garden, with more than 90 m2 of living space it offers plenty of space for 2-5 people. This gives you plenty of privacy and living space to enjoy your holiday.

Through the private entrance you enter the spacious kitchen and living room. The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, coffee maker and a combination oven. The living room has a nice sitting area with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. Through the living room/kitchen you enter the spacious private garden through 2 French doors with plenty of natural shade, but also enough space to enjoy the sun. Through a door in the living room you reach the staircase. There you will find two spacious, attractive bedrooms, both equipped with luxurious box springs and sufficient cupboard space. The bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, toilet and infrared sauna that you can use free of charge. The house is very suitable to come with your children and/or pets. There is a camping bed and a highchair available and there is a playground within walking distance. The entire kapberg is equipped with free WIFI. You can enjoy cycling in the area. The village has its own swimming pool, but the coastal towns of Callantsoog, Bergen, Schoorl, Egmond or Petten are nearby.
