The property is only 100 m from the beach, open from May 4 to September 29, with an assigned beach spot included.



A parking space is available. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available for an extra fee. The property is step-free and has an elevator in the building.



Bed linen and towels are available only upon explicit request and for an extra fee at the property, charged for each weekly change.



Check-in is only allowed during the scheduled hours and requires prior approval from the owner for exceptions. Late check-in is possible upon request and for an extra fee, to be arranged based on your arrival time. This request must be communicated at least 3 days before arrival.



A security deposit is required and will be refunded at check-out if this takes place in person between 9:30 and 10:00 am. For early check-out, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after the property has been checked.
