Wunderschön gelegenes Apartment hoch über dem alten Fischerhafen von Puerto del Carmen ,mit Meerblick. Besonders toll fanden wir die Liegen auf der schönen Terrasse zum relexen und den Pool zur Abkühlung, wenn wir von einem Spaziergang zur Altstadt oder Promenade oder vom Strand zurückgekommen sind.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch den netten und unkomplizierten Vermieter Herrn Dr. Fisching .Wir haben uns in seinem gepflegten Apartment rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals rechherzlich für den angenehmen Urlaub bedanken. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder! Gabriele und Hans -Henning Nahlik aus München

Großartige Urlaubstage

Wir waren 10 Tage dort und uns hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Das Apartment ist super gelegen. Wer will kann den Trouble von Puerto del Carmen in 5min erreichen oder einfach völlig aus dem Weg gehen. Das war für uns perfekt. Es ist ruhig und wir haben die „laute, viel befahrene Straße“ nicht entdeckt! Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen - Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurant. Ein paar Stufen führen zur Wohnung, ist aber absolut nicht schlimm. Der Ausblick ist wundervoll und den ganzen Tag hat man Sonne auf der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2, extrem sauber und wirklich durchdacht ausgestattet. Es war einfach alles da! Ja, die Möbel sind vom Stil älter, aber es ist sehr, sehr gepflegt und extrem sauber. Die Liebe zum Detail ist sofort und in jeder Ecke spürbar, richtig toll! Für uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Wunderbarer Meerblick

Die Wohnung liegt schön über dem Hafen und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Eigentümer war einfach und sehr spetitiv. Wir haben es genossen und sind rundum zufrieden. Herzlichen Dank!

La Corona II

The flat was fine, the shower not fit for purpose, it barely provided hot water for a five minute shower and that was switching it on an off to conserve the hot water. The pool was out of commission, no sign to indicate why and the common areas in need of repair, the staircase that we used has exposed metal work due to plaster having fallen away. This is probably out of the host's control but gives an overall impression of disrepair. Contacted host, two days before we were due to leave the apartment, to ask if we could leave our cases in the flat until we were picked up by out taxi at 12.30pm (we knew we had to vacate the apartment by 11am so all we were asking was to leave the cases). We received no response from him until we had returned home and only then because we contacted him about his lack of response.
