With three separate bedrooms, a sunny balcony, and plenty of space to relax, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on Wangerooge!<br><br>The holiday rental measures 71 m² and spans two levels (ground floor + attic). On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living and dining area with a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and TV, and a well-maintained bathroom. On the beautiful balcony, you can enjoy the sun while sheltered from the wind. Comfortable balcony furniture and a modern garden chaise lounge invite you to spend wonderful hours breathing in the fresh North Sea air.<br><br>You can also relax in the spacious living area, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a TV, and a stereo system with an iPod/iPhone docking station as well as a DVD/CD/USB player. Great for watching films or listening to music! Enjoy free Wi-Fi for browsing the web on your smartphone!<br><br>The built-in kitchen is fully equipped for convenient self-catering—including a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A high chair, children’s cutlery, and children’s dishes are also provided. A cosy dining area with a large glass table and stylish leather chairs offers plenty of space for meals for up to six people. <br><br>The attic features two additional separate bedrooms: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet, and a TV; the children’s room has two single beds and a closet. Blackout blinds are installed in all three bedrooms.<br><br>A well-maintained bathroom with a shower/toilet, heated towel rack, washer-dryer, and hair dryer adds to the comfort of your stay. <br><br>This family-friendly holiday rental on Wangerooge is especially suitable for young children, as the stairs to the upper floor are secured with a safety gate. A cot is also available (at no extra charge), and the electrical sockets are protected from curious little hands.<br><br>You’re welcome to bring your dog (max. 1) upon request. Then the “Residenz am Süddeich” on Wangerooge is the perfect place for you!<br>The holiday apartments, located in a quiet village setting, are particularly family-friendly and designed with children in mind. <br><br>The building was completed in 2013 and offers tastefully furnished accommodation with separate bedrooms and a balcony or terrace.<br><br>The town centre, with its shopping, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the island’s cinema, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The train station and airport are also located near the house. <br>And most importantly: The island of Wangerooge has a beautiful beach!
