Gebucht hatte ich das Dachgeschoss Zimmer. Am Tag vor Anreise bekam ich die Nachricht, dass ich auf ein anderes Zimmer, im selben Haus, umgebucht wurde. Somit meine Bewertung zu WHG. 4, nicht im Dachgeschoss.Kontakt mit der Agentur problemlos.Check- In eigenstĂ€ndig und unkompliziert via SchlĂŒsselsafe und Code.2 schöne Zimmer ( Wohn-/ Ess-/ Kochbereich, Schlafzimmer), Toilette und Bad getrennt voneinander.Ausstattung: gut, alles vorhanden was gebraucht wurde.Zu erwĂ€hnen ist, dass das Haus direkt an einer Straße liegt, teilweise sehr viel Verkehr/ LautstĂ€rke.Einkaufen: alles fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. BĂ€cker: direkt gegenĂŒber, 7d/Woche geöffnet.See: fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Tolle Promenade, Strand, Wald, Spielplatz, Trimm- dich- Pfad.Bahnhof: fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar.Bus: Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.Ich hatte kein Auto dabei, nur das Fahrrad.Fazit: netter Ort, super Ausgangspunkt zum radln (Bregenz: 10 Min., Lindau- Insel: 15 Min.)Alles in der NĂ€he was man braucht.Ich wĂŒrde es wieder buchen.

FĂŒr 3 NĂ€chte im Appatment ĂŒbernachtet. Die NĂ€he zum See sehr gut, Lage der Wohnung eher nicht so schön. Sehr altes GebĂ€ude, Treppenaugang nicht gepflegt und roch nach MĂŒll, könnte man eventuell anders lösen. Check in sehr unkompliziert mit den SchlĂŒsselboxen. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, die WĂ€nde könnten mal wieder ein anstrich gebrauchen. Sonst waren bei mir recht neue Möbel drin. War soweit zufrieden.

Nicht fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Urlaube geeignet

Der Check in Vorgang verlĂ€uft unkompliziert ĂŒber eine schlĂŒsselbox. Leider wird man im Eingangsbereich des Treppenhauses von MĂŒlltonnen begrĂŒĂŸt die in der direkten Sonne stehen und entsprechend riechen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Haus was man an den nicht mehr zu 100% in Takten Fenstern und WĂ€nden erkennt. Außerdem ist es im Dachgeschoss sehr warm und es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist sehr spĂ€rlich. Zu wenig Geschirr und zu wenig Kochutensilien wie zb nur eine Pfanne die kaputt war. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt wenn man ein Fahrrad dabei hat. Sonst ist man wahrscheinlich öfters auf das Auto angewiesen. Preis-Leistung passt hier leider auch nicht. FĂŒr 1-2 NĂ€chte wenn man den Bodensee erkunden möchte ist die Wohnung in Ordnung, fĂŒr mehr leider nicht.
