About this property

Escape to 40 Private Acres—Hot Tub, Trails, Pond & Beautiful Sunsets

Escape to 40 private acres where wide-open fields, wooded trails, a peaceful pond, and spectacular sunsets are all part of your stay. With plenty of room between neighboring properties, you’ll have the space and privacy to explore, unwind in the hot tub, watch the wildlife, or simply settle in and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This is more than a place to stay- it’s a place to getaway. Welcome to the Warren Place!

Settle into the reclining sofa in the living room and enjoy views of the pond and sunsets, gather around the wood-burning stove on chilly evenings or prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner at home in the fully equipped kitchen.

Rest Easy
After a day of exploring the property, retreat to one of two comfortable bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a dedicated vanity station. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed along with a desk/workspace. Both beds are layered with premium natural bedding, including 100% linen sheets.

The large bathroom features two separate vanities, plenty of storage, a spacious glass walk-in shower, and plush linens.

Game, Fitness & Relaxation
The converted garage adds a fun, flexible space to your stay, with a dedicated fitness area and TV, a game area stocked with board games and outdoor games, and a private hot tub for relaxing year-round. On nice days, open the overhead garage doors and let the outdoors in. The space opens directly onto the expansive paved area, where you can bring out the games, grill, and chairs and enjoy the fresh air and surrounding views.

Explore the Grounds
There’s plenty to explore across the 40 acres. Out front, open fields surround the pond, where you can spend a quiet morning watching birds and wildlife or, when water levels allow, take the rowboat out for a peaceful float.

Behind the house, trails wind through the woods and lead into a peaceful meadow dotted with trees. Pack a picnic and find a favorite spot to spend the afternoon.

When the gardens are in season, guests are welcome to explore, pick a bouquet of flowers, gather fresh vegetables and herbs, or enjoy berries and apples growing around the property.

With plenty to do—or nothing at all—you can make your stay exactly what you need it to be.

I love creating spaces that feel welcoming and cozy, where guests can relax and feel right at home. I enjoy sunshine and gardening, and the simple pleasures of country living, and I'm happy to share a little piece of that here at the Warren Place.

Why they chose this property

I love the peaceful country setting and the sense of space and privacy here. It feels tucked away yet still within easy driving distance of nearby small towns, lakes and outdoor recreation. It's the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy the quiet, and experience a little of rural Minnesota.

What makes this property unique

The Warren Place give guests 40 private acres to explore, with open fields, a pond, wooded trails, gardens, and a meadow. Guests can soak in the private hot tub year round, wander the trails, watch for wildlife, or take in the beautiful sunsets right from the living room window. It's a place with room to roam, relax, and truly get away.
