The Duinland 197 holiday bungalow, which sleeps 6, is a beautiful holiday home for a getaway near the sea and the beach at Sint Maartenszee. In the green, fenced-in shared garden with a wind-protected terrace and plenty of privacy, you’ll have plenty of space to relax.

The spacious, bright living room features a cosy sitting and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There are three bedrooms. The largest, bright bedroom features a double bed and a ceiling fan. From this bedroom, a connecting door leads to a bedroom with a bunk bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. The well-maintained bathroom has a nice shower, sink, and toilet.

On the sheltered terrace, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine early in the morning while the children have fun on the trampoline at the back of the garden.

 There’s plenty for children to do in the area. “De Goudvis” Park is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Campanula swimming pool is only a 10-minute bike ride from Duinland Park.

Schöne Lage mit Grünblick und privater Terrasse, ruhig, soweit wir es für die Nebensaison beurteilen können. Wohnraum gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alle anderen Räume allerdings in sehr einfachem Komfort.Bad leider sehr klein und eng, kaum Platz für Handtücher bei 2! Personen. 2. Schlafzimmer sehr eng kein Platz für Stuhl oder Nachttisch. 1. Schlafzimmer nur sehr kleiner Kleiderschrank ohne Hängemöglichkeiten. Reinigungszustand mäßig, speziell Herd und Abzug, Fenster, Ablagen und Fensterbänke staubig. Leicht muffiger Geruch bei Einzug, daher und wg. niedriger Aussentemp. war Heizung Ende September erforderlich, konnte allerdings erst nach Rückfrage bei Callinghe gestartet werden, da Info diesbezüglich im Haus fehlte. Heizung im Hauptschlafzimmer defekt. Info-Akte mit allen Infos zu Geräten, HZG und TV wäre nötig! Ansonsten - Entfernung zum Strand zu Fuß 30 min., zum Einkaufen und anderen Orten mit PKW 10 min.

Heerlijk huisje, vlakbij de duinen en het strand. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving zoals callantsoog, speelparadijs de goudvis (als je met de kinderen bent) op loopafstand of de dierentuin hoenderdaell. Echt genoten.
