Spacious and comfortable two-bedroom apartment in a detached house located directly on the beach, just 30 meters from the sea. The apartment features a pleasant terrace with sea views. Situated on the upper floor, the apartment comprises two levels: the first level comprises a kitchen with a living area, a bathroom, and a terrace with stunning sea views. Internal stairs lead to the upper level, where the second bedroom and a separate toilet are located. The apartment has three air conditioning units (one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen/living area). The kitchen is fully equipped. Amenities include Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV. Guests are welcome to use the garden surrounding the house and the barbecue. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
