Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please return all rooftop furniture to its original location and make sure the fire pit and grill are completely turned off.

Please replace the hot tub cover securely after use and leave the rooftop clean and free of personal belongings.

Before leaving, please make sure all exterior doors are securely closed and locked. Thank you for taking care of our home!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please keep rooftop and outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours and be respectful of neighboring residences.

No parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests. Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Use the hot tub, fire pit and grill responsibly. Replace the hot tub cover after use and completely shut off the fire pit and grill when finished.
