Village house in a panoramic location with a sunny garden and sea views

Casa Fanin is located in the heart of a still very original small village.
Pantasina is located 14 km from the sea, embedded in romantic olive groves in a breathtaking panoramic location. Small oil mills, the large church and just a few residential houses lie sunny on the mountain ridge between the sea and the Maritime Alps. The village has a regular bus connection to Imperia. The small, very well-stocked village shop offers fresh bread and vegetables and everything you need for your daily needs, as well as foreign language newspapers and a mini bistro. Not only the coffee-thirsty cyclists and hikers, but also the residents of the surrounding villages stop here for a chat and some shopping, because you can also get porcini mushrooms from the area, cheese from the shepherd who has just passed through or eggs fresh from the village. Directly behind Pantasina, magical paths for mountain bikers and hikers lead into untouched landscapes.
Casa Fanin is on the first floor in the house next to the village shop. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed 1600x200 and one with two single beds 90x200) and a modern shower room with an additional bathtub offer comfortable space for 4 people. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Drink your first coffee in the morning on the balcony with a sea view. There is also plenty of space in the living room with satellite TV and a seating area. The apartment is completely renovated and has a wonderful panoramic view over the valley and the olive groves to the sea. On clear days you can see the full moon glittering on the Mediterranean. In front of the house is your private garden. Enjoy the natural shade under the sprawling arms of the old pear tree or relax while sunbathing in a deck chair with a sea view. Four-legged guests are warmly welcome.
A parking space in front of the house and a lockable storage area for bicycles, motorcycles or other sports equipment offer additional holiday comfort.

Frau Pino ist eine sehr herzliche Vermieterin. Sie hat es uns für Weihnachten so schön eingerichtet- wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist immer für einen da, wenn man eine Frage hat. Die Lage mit der Aussicht auf die Olivenhaine, die umliegenden Dörfer und das Meer ist herrlich und die Ruhe hier oben im Dorf auch. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet- wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Zeit erlebt.

Het is een heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht en een geweldige tuin. Goede bedden en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het dorp is erg klein met een winkel naast de deur waar je s morgens heerlijk brood kan halen. Het is een goed uitval basis voor de kust maar ook zeker voor mooie wandelingen. Heerlijk rustig. Laura de gastvrouw is super en heel behendig met Google translate waardoor je goed met haar kan communiceren. Ze stond ons op te wachten bij aankomst en hield contact of alles naar wens was wat heel prettig was. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. We hebben er een heerlijke week gehad.

Der Lebensmittelladen direkt nebenan hatte alles, was wir für eine Erstausstattung brauchten. Ganz besonders war die Fürsorge von Laura. Sie war so nett und bedacht, dass es uns gut geht. Mile Mille Grazie dafür.
