"The Schnarcherklippe holiday rental (House 1 — Alte Wernigeröder Str. 9 in 38879 Schierke) features 50 square metres of living space (a 3-room apartment on the ground floor or mezzanine level) and includes a master bedroom with a double bed (2 x 0.9-meter mattress), a second bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x 0.9 m wide), a bathroom with shower (including a hair dryer), a living room (satellite TV, couch, dining area for 4 people) with access to a south-facing balcony overlooking the forest, and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, filter coffee maker (filters included),refrigerator without freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots, ...).<br><br>Additional amenities for the apartment:<br>Free Wi-Fi throughout the house, use of the garden at House 1 (grill and seating) and House 2 (with gazebo, grill, oven...), use of the sauna in House 2 (approx. 50 m away), cold drinks in the basement of the house for a small fee, parking spaces for cars and motorcycles.<br><br>House 1 (a historic villa in the traditional Harz style, Alte Wernigeröder Str. 9) is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Schierke. Our guests appreciate the peaceful setting surrounded by nature and the easy access to hiking trails.<br><br>Ample parking is available at the house.<br><br>Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included.<br>Prices do not include the visitor’s tax. <br>Dogs are allowed upon request; we charge 10€ per night.<br>Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out should be by 10:00 a.m.
