We offer an unforgettable holiday for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children in a bunk bed [80x1.80 m]) in a 100% eco-friendly tiny house. Look forward to a wonderful holiday in our 58-square-meter comfortable holiday home.<br>The 915-square-meter property is the perfect place to relax... Nearly half of the property has been left to nature; the existing trees and a flower meadow provide a habitat for insects and wildlife.<br>In just a few minutes, you can reach the centre of Bremerhaven by public transport, bicycle, or car. In Bremerhaven, you’ll find numerous recreational opportunities around the city centre. <br>We hope we’ve sparked your interest in a holiday at our eco-friendly holiday home and look forward to welcoming you soon.<br><br>Description<br>With 58 square metres of living and usable space on one level, we can accommodate up to 4 adults and one toddler (up to 2 years old). The comfortably furnished kitchen with a dishwasher and the cosy living room with an adjoining terrace ensure a relaxing holiday right from the start.<br>You’ll find a carport attached to the house as well as an additional parking space directly on the property in front of the house.<br>The house is heated with electricity generated by its own rooftop solar panel system. Excess electricity is stored in a home battery.<br>You have the option to charge your electric car using a smart wallbox for a small fee.<br>Schiffdorf-Spaden and the surrounding area<br>Schiffdorf-Spaden is located on the city limits of Bremerhaven and directly off the A27 highway. You can reach the popular holiday destinations (Cuxhaven, Duhnen, Döse, Dorum-Neufeld, Otterndorf, etc.) on the North Sea in less than 30 minutes. A large shopping centre is located in the immediate vicinity.<br>Blue Bay Spadener See <br>On the eastern shore of the lake, the Blue Bay Spadener See water sports and recreation facility—which opened in 2019—offers a wide range of recreational activities for families, athletes, swimmers, and dogs: climb and slide in the water park, paddle across the lake on a stand-up paddleboard, or play adventure golf, beach volleyball, or bocce on land—there’s something for everyone here. With its own beach area, children’s playground, and dog beach, as well as a delicious food lorry and drink bar, you’re guaranteed a relaxing day at Spadener See.<br>The facility also features a water ski and wakeboard park with sliders and ramps, and over a kilometre of cable length. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, young or old, into water skiing or wakeboarding, the modern facility—designed with gentle curves—offers water fun for every skill level.<br><br>Dorum-Neufeld is located close to the North Sea coast—a small town with a long tradition of fishing. When the crab fishing boats pull into the small fishing harbour, you can buy freshly caught North Sea crabs. A recreational and leisure promenade featuring an adventure playground and exercise equipment stretches from the fishing harbour to the Obereversand Lighthouse.<br>The “Museum of Wadden Sea Fishing” and the “National Park House” in Dorum-Neufeld provide information about the history of the Wurster Land region. The quirky Shell Museum is also worth a visit. Interesting lighthouses, old windmills, and fortified churches can be found in many towns. <br><br>In Bremerhaven, which is easily accessible by bike, the “Zoo am Meer” and the harbour facilities (harbour tour) invite you to visit. Also worth seeing are the “Auswandererhaus” and the “Klimahaus”—a journey of discovery through the Earth’s climate zones. For pure relaxation with wellness and sauna facilities, visit the “Moortherme” in Bad Bederkesa or the “Erlebnisbad Ahoi” in Cuxhaven. In the summer, the child-friendly Sieverner See offers an alternative to swimming in the sea.
