About this property

We are located in the south-east of Gran Canaria, an area well known for the wind, for windsurfing lovers is ideal in the months of June, July, August, months where the wind prevails, the rest of the year the weather is great with the mixture of sea breeze and gentle wind.
It is also a very quiet and central area to explore and get to know the island.
Being only 15 minutes from the tourist area to the south and to the north 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the capital and we have 8 minutes drive from the shopping center Vecindario. To move by bus, the bus stop is 25 minutes walking.

In our duplex you have space to relax, rest, make walks near the sea, go to the beach just 5 minutes walking, or make a barbecue on the terrace...

Upstairs are the four bedrooms and two bathrooms; one with bathtub and one with shower.

On the first floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room, two roofless terraces, at the entrance you can store a car on the roofless terrace, we have photovoltaic, installation for charging the electric car, a bicycle, board games, outdoor shower if you come from the beach and want to clean the sand, ... etc..

The property has a securitas alarm with photodetectors that guests can activate if they wish.
