Very cosy, comfortable villa "Le Dune", 2 storeys, detached, built in 1960, renovated in 2021. 300 m from the centre of Tirrenia, in the residential district, 200 m from the sea. Private: natural garden 200 m2 (fenced). Hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 400 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "200". Nearby attractions: Pisa 15 km, Firenze 90 km, Lucca 40 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (included). Main road close by 50 m from the property.
"Le Dune", 4-room villa 180 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, digital TV and air conditioning.
