Seit etwa 20 Jahren sind wir bei ALCA immer wieder Gäste in den Delbrück - Villen. So haben wir schon verschiedene Wohnungen gebucht und waren mit den Unterkünften und dem guten Service vorort jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Diesen Urlaub bewohnten wir die D115 und möchten die geschmackvolle Einrichtung in allen Räumen, die absolute Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Küche positiv hervorheben. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, ebenso das Treppenhaus mit Fahrstuhl, der Eingangsbereich der Villa und das angrenzende Grundstück. Einzig die knarzenden Holzdielen in den bisher von uns gebuchten Wohnungen können etwas stören, gerade wenn man mit Kindern urlaubt. Danke allen, die tagtäglich für das Wohlbefinden der Feriengäste sorgen. Wir hatten wie immer eine schöne Zeit und kommen ganz bestimmt ein weiteres Mal hierher.

Es ist eine sehr schöne FeWo. Auch das Sofa ist bequem. Die zentrale Lage ist schön, auch wenn die Wohnung keinen Meerblick hat. Man ist sehr schnell an der Seebrücke bzw. Am Strand. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
