Visit for Christmas Market

Was an amazing place. Very clean and comfortable. Had an issue with getting in via the key pad but called Sebastian and he had someone there in less than 5 minutes. Was very easy to get to the center with the Ubahn. We loved the place. Famiyof 4. Shared space but was extremely nice. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment in a great locations

Wir waren hier fuer 8 Tage im Oktober 2024. Auf der positive Seite, die Ferienwohnung ist modern, war sauber, schoen ausgestattet, und relative leicht mit einem Navi-system zu finden. Die Wohnung ist nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss von der Altstadt und U-Bahn und Zuegen entfernt, und es ist einfach die umliegenden Staedte zu erreichen, wie, z.B. Nuernberg. Die Verbindung mit dem Eigentuemer der Wohnung was einfach und effizient, was immer gut ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem inneren Hof eines Gebaeudes, und es was immer sehr ruhig. Wir haben kaum unsere Nachbarn gehoert. W-LAN ist umsonst, es kann aber Verbindungsschwierigkeiten geben, da die Wohnung von hohen Gebaeuden umgeben ist. Auf der negative Seite, es ist sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Es sind zwar 2 Parkplaetze im Innenhof, diese koennen aber nur mit einem Kleinwagen benutzt warden. Die Einfahrt zum Innenhof ist sehr eng, und es ist nur wenig Platz im Innenhof, um das Auto zu wenden. Das Parken an den Strassen ist zu 95% nur fuer Einwohner mit Parkpaessen reserviert. Ein oeffentliches Parkhaus ist ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir haben zwar die meisten Mahlzeiten selbst in der Wohnung zubereitet, die Kueche ist aber recht klein und hat wenig Platz fuer Lebensmittel, es fehlte ein Microwellenherd, und es fehlten ein paar Utensilien. Es gibt auch keinen KuechEs gibt auch keinen Kuechentisch, und obwohl man wohl an der Kuecheninsel essen kann, es was sehr eng, selbst fuer nur 2 Leute.

Sehr schöne Loft

Die Loft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, leider aber auch sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten nachts den Nachbarn oben drüber gehen hören und im Allgemeinen war es durch Renovierungslärm Recht laut. An sich ist die Lage wirklich gut. In 5 min ist man am Bahnhof und in weiteren 5 min in der schönen Altstadt. Kulinarisch hat die Stadt einiges zu bieten, aber auch in der Unterkunft kann man sich essen mit der Küche zubereiten, wenn man es möchte. Nicht desto trotz ist diese Loft eine klare Empfehlung wenn man sich ein wenig entspannen möchte.
