Contemporary Mediterranean-style lakefront villa constructed in 2022 with modern architecture, furnishings, and breathtaking lake views. The open design concept with great room, vaulted ceilings, and tiled patio deem this property ideal for family gatherings. The 4+ acre villa property is completely secluded from neighbors.

Fantastic lakefront location: Approximately 8-10 minutes to Hampden-Sydney and only a little further to downtown Farmville.
3 bedrooms (All bedrooms are on the first floor)
One king bed; 2 full-sized beds; 2 twin beds; 1 full-sized hide-away bed.
Central air; fireplace; WiFi; TV; movie theater; game room; washer/dryer; along with many more amenities.
Indoor highlights:
Modern open concept; ceramic tile throughout; imported Italian oven; kitchen island with seating for 12; oversized windows.
Upstairs movie theater and game room built during summer 2026.
Outdoor highlights:
4+ acres that are entirely secluded fronting a 23-acre lake; smokeless firepit area with seating for 16; non-motorized boat dock with 4 kayaks, canoe, and pedal boat; ceramic tile patio with roof.
Villa on the Lake is beautiful during all four seasons!
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire villa. Gravel driveway with large parking area (there is plenty of room for RVs, campers, and boat trailers).
Safety:
As a lakefront property, there is serious risk of drowning, death, and injuries. The property has 4 kayaks, a canoe, and a pedal boat that may be used by guests of the villa, but usage indicates that the guests accept all risk and liability. Guests are encouraged to bring floatation devices and other safety gear. Motorized boats are not permitted on Stockton Lake. Moreover, the homeowners association stipulates that only property owners' watercrafts are permitted on the lake.
