Located between Hautefort and Cherveix-Cubas, Le Gite "Le Buisson" has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Set not far from the owners' house, but totally independent and private. This 17th-century gite of 100 m² comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as 3 toilets, and can accommodate 6 people, or even 7 as a 90cm bed in a small living room. On-site facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and a selection of children's books and toys. A ping-pong table is also provided on site. 2 cots and a high chair are available.
In addition, this gite offers a private outdoor space including a private and intimate swimming pool located in the property's grounds, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an additional outdoor shower.
Nearby are the Château de Hautefort (5 minutes from the cottage), the Tourtoirac caves (less than 10 minutes away), Sarlat, the Dordogne valley, and Collonges la Rouge (1 hour away).
2 parking spaces are available on the property, and one parking space is available in a garage.

1 pet is allowed, with the possibility of using a private enclosure in the grounds of the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Guests may smoke outside and in the courtyard.
Included in the rental price: 1/2 m3 of firewood, plus electricity consumption of 15 KW/H for one week. Beyond that, additional firewood will be charged at 50 euros/m3 and electricity at 0.12 euros/kwh, and 0.15 euros /kw/h (off-peak and peak hours).
A welcome meal will be served on arrival. The property has a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are available.
