Sehr empfehlenswert

Zunächst möchte ich die hervorragende Kommunikation erwähnen. Thomas war immer sofort mit Rat und Beantwortung meiner Fragen zur Stelle.Die Lage des Objekts ist erstklassig, ein wunderschöner Badezugang, im Haus ein netter kleiner Laden mit super lieben Inhabern, Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen geringe Gebühr. Weitere Läden in Reichweite. Der Schiffsanleger, mit dem man in alle anderen Orte am See kommt ist unmittelbar nebenan (Kärnten Card sehr empfehlenswert). Surfschule, Gerlitzen mit Kanzelbahn direkt gegenüber. Villach quasi nebenan. Tolle Radwege, viel Gelegenheiten für Wassersport und viele schöne Wanderwege. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die geräumige Sonnenterrasse, von der man sehr schön die Paraglider beobachten kann und man hat einen seitlichen wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Betten gemütlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne mal wieder. Auch die anderen Hausbewohner sind sehr nett und zugänglich gewesen und jederzeit für einen Plausch zu haben, drängen sich aber nicht auf.
