Welcome to the Leonard Bernstein Holiday Home! This 163 m² holiday home, spread over 3 floors, is suitable for up to 8 adults and 1 child (up to 3 years old) and is stylishly and modernly furnished. It features a kitchen-living room with adjoining terraces, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.

• Ground Floor:

The spacious living-dining area on the ground floor offers plenty of room for shared meals and cosy evenings watching TV or playing games. A large flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system are at your disposal. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area features all standard appliances, such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven with built-in microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. From this area, you have direct access to the two terraces with a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery. A Weber electric grill is available for cosy barbecue evenings on the terrace. Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and floor-to-ceiling shower.

• Upper Floor:

The upper floor features three additional bedrooms with TVs, as well as two bathrooms. All bedrooms feature a double bed (box spring beds: 2x 1.80 m & 1x 1.60 m). The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The other bathroom also has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and a washer-dryer. A hair dryer is also available for your use. The bedrooms can also be darkened.
1 travel cot and 1 high chair are available free of charge in the house.

• Attic:

This space has been converted and is suitable, for example, for your children to play in.


The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a central ventilation system with heat recovery – ensuring a comfortable living environment at all times.

An additional cot can be ordered from the property manager for a fee. Free internet access is available via the Wi-Fi router.
One dog with a shoulder height of up to 30 cm is permitted.

The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added for a fee.



The Inseldomizil Stolpe on Usedom welcomes you with 8 holiday apartments and 10 holiday homes.

The thatched-roof houses feature bright and cheerful colours in their interiors. The view of the lagoon coast and the surrounding nature will make your holiday unique.

All apartments and cottages have bike storage rooms and charging stations for e-bikes. In addition, there are two electric car charging stations on the property, and ample free parking is available. The large outdoor area features landscaped gardens and is partially surrounded by a boulder wall with plants.

An initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as travel cots and a high chair, can be booked for an additional fee.

In the houses at 15 Ole Bull, 17 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 24 Gustav Mahler, 26 Clara Schumann, 28 Ludwig van Beethoven, and 32 Carl Reineke, there is an indoor sauna.

The buildings at 25 Lasse Thoresen and 33 Antonin Dvorak feature a barrel sauna in the garden. In addition, apartments 20 Georg Händl, 21 Johann Mattheson, and 23 Sebastian Bach share a barrel sauna in the garden.
